We welcome dogs and cats. We do not allow exotic pets. There are breed restrictions. Please confirm with a leasing professional that your dog is not on our restricted breeds list.

We allow 2 pets per apartment with a combined weight of no more than 100lbs. Pets must be at least 6 months of age.

We charge a nonrefundable pet fee based on weight: 0-25lbs-$300; 26-50lbs-$400; 51-100lbs-$450. 2nd pet is ½ off.

We require a government issued photo identification for all tours.

We charge a $50 application fee per applicant, a $150 non-refundable administrative fee and a $400 application deposit. Applicant credit results may result in a larger or smaller deposit requirement.

We require a gross household income of three times the market rental amount of the unit. Guarantors must earn four times the market rental amount to qualify. A 600 credit score is required for standard approval. Lower scores may require an additional deposit or denial. Higher scores may result in an additional discount.

We require the last two consecutive paystubs (30 days), a current LES, last year’s W-2, 3 months’ bank statements or an official offer letter to verify income.

We could list your roommate as an occupant as long as you qualify on your own. Your roommate would need to meet our criminal background check and have a 500 credit score and good rental history.

Your security deposit will be refunded to you within 45 days of move-out assuming that there was no damage in your apartment or outstanding balances on your account. The pet fee is not refundable.

If you are terminating your lease for any reason other than military service transfers, you are responsible for lease cancellation fees.

After you have completed your lease term, you are eligible to continue on a month to month basis for a $200 per month additional charge (based on the market rent).

Chester Village Green Apartments includes 150 Channels of DirecTV, trash, full-size washer & dryers, and pest control.

We can offer flexible lease terms which range from 3-18 months. Lease premiums may apply based on lease term.

You are not required to have renter’s insurance, but we highly recommend it.

For your convenience we have a maintenance email address which you can email your non-emergency request 24 hours a day 7 days a week. One of our maintenance team members will promptly address the problem within 48 business hours.

Rent is due on the first day of each month.

Any rental payments received after the 5th of each month are considered late and a 10% late fee is applied. If you are paying your rent late you will also forfeit any monthly discounts you are receiving.

Yes, we are able to do one time payments or recurring payments electronically. You may also have your bank send us a check every month.

There is a rent drop box located in the management office that is accessible to you from outside the office.

Any guest staying for longer than seven consecutive days will require written permission from the leasing office. Anyone living in the apartment home must submit an application and meet our credit and background standards.

We offer one assigned spot per apartment at no charge. Any additional vehicles or guests are required to park in the over flow lots.

You may park your motorcycle in your assigned spot, the over flow lots, or offer garages for an additional rent.

For your safety, any guest staying for longer than seven consecutive days will require written permission from the leasing office. This includes anyone under 18.

Each apartment comes with an option to upgrade two accent walls in your kitchen and living room for an additional charge. We do allow you to paint your apartment however it is your responsibility to return the apartment to its original condition before moving out. Contact the office for paint supplies in order to correctly match the paint color.

Yes, we offer a discount on your application fee and your monthly rental rate if you are employed with: County/State, Philip Morris, Dominion VA Power, HCA, and Government.
